Defining the Default Exposure Period

You can configure a default period of time during which the personal details of a risky user can be exposed in the User Risk Dashboard and throughout the Web Console, following an exposure request.

A default exposure period can be defined for each exposure request. When approving an exposure request, the Privacy Officer can specify a different exposure period.

To configure the default period for data exposure following new user exposure requests

  1. Navigate to the Default exposure period section of the Anonymization page (Configuration Security & Privacy > Security & Privacy > Anonymization).

  2. Specify the number of Days or Weeks that you want to allow the data to be exposed.

You must enter a number within the range of 1-99.

  3. Click Save to save your settings.
