Enabling Automatic Security and Privacy Update for Mac
When upgrading to macOS Catalina 10.15, if you want the Agent to record screens on Mac endpoints, you'll need to install a new Configuration Profile and set the Recording Policy option. Then enable the Enable Automatic Security and Privacy Update from the ITM On-Prem Web Console.
This option is available from version 7.9 only.
macOS Catalina is not supported for version 7.14.1 and higher.
This is due to the Apple's upgraded privacy and protection policy.
(If you do not enable screen recording, screen captures are not recorded, only meta-data is recorded.)

From the ITM On-Prem Web Console, from the Configuration tab, select Endpoint Management > Recording Policies.

In the Stealth and Privacy Policy section, select Enable Automatic Security and Privacy Update.
This allows the ITM On-Prem (ObserveIT) Agent to update the Security & Privacy options (in macOS System Preferences) automatically.
